What To Expect: Initial Weight Loss Program Eval | Copare

Initial Evaluation

Everyone has a story and we want to know yours. In addition to getting your baseline numbers, we want to get to know you – your hobbies and your routines, as well as the reasons you chose Cōpare.

When you come into Cōpare, we first have you fill out a form that will help structure your session with your coach. Because each client’s program is customized, we want to make sure we have all the information we need to provide you with a personalized plan. The form includes basic questions about your lifestyle and medical history, but also asks you to tell us about your goals and motivations for losing weight. Weight loss can be difficult and overwhelming. Understanding your personal “why” can mean the difference between simply shedding pounds and achieving optimal health.

Once the evaluation begins, your Cōpare Coach will take your initial measurements via our Body Composition Analysis machine. These initial readings are extremely informative, as they assess overall weight, hydration levels, body fat mass, muscle mass, and visceral (organ-related) fat levels. Everyone has a different physiological makeup, and these readings help us understand yours. Your coach will explain the readings in detail, and will walk you through why the body composition matters more than the number on the scale.

Your relationship and partnership with Cōpare starts as soon as you walk through the door. During the initial consultation, we ask a lot of questions – because we want to hear the answers. Your body composition results, combined with your individual story, help us recommend a program that is personalized to meet your individual needs and to help you become the best version of yourself.
